Hand Colored Rare Books & Maps​

View some of the earliest printed references to paint recipes and see how  complicated the circulation of pigments and dyestuff was throughout the early modern world. Plus, we will make a tiny book….

Get your hands dirty in the dye garden planting seedlings and then dye fabrics and paper with avocado pits and other dyestuffs. In the West Bank Community Garden next to Wilson Library.
